An order is considered confirmed when:

  • You successfully place the order through our website.

  • We verify the order via phone/SMS/email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, or unavoidable circumstances.

1.4 Payment

We may offer multiple payment options, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Mobile banking

  • Online payment gateways

When paying online, you agree that your payment information will be processed securely by our third-party providers.

1.5 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, political issues, courier backlog, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

2. Refund & Return Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver products with care. However, due to the nature of online selling in Bangladesh, the following policy applies:

2.1 Eligibility for Return

A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product is physically damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a defective product

To qualify:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • You must provide unboxing video/photo proof without pause or cut

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

2.2 Non-Returnable Products

We DO NOT accept returns for the following:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Consumable items

  • Items on clearance or special promotion

  • Inner garments, hygiene products, cosmetics (if seal is broken)

2.3 Return & Replacement Process

If your item is approved for return:

  1. You must ship the product back to us through your preferred courier

  2. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send:

    • A replacement item
      OR

    • Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

Note: We generally do not offer cash refunds unless the product is completely unavailable.

2.4 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charge is non-refundable

  • For replacement:

    • If mistake is ours → we cover return & reshipping cost

    • If mistake is customer’s → customer covers return shipping cost

2.5 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • COD refusal without genuine reason may result in account restriction.

3. Limitation of Liability

Sadhyo shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Loss or damage not directly caused by us

  • Third-party service failures (payment gateway, courier, hosting, etc.)

Your use of the website is at your own risk.

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
